Using an acrostic to help us remember the meaning of Psalm 121 ~ God watches over us and protects us. He is our helper in all things.

Helper – My help comes from the Lord, as I lift my eyes to the mountains and beyond.

Everything. God is my everything. He is the maker of heaven and earth.

Lord of all. His power is mighty, he will not let my foot slip, he keeps me from harm, day and night.

Protector, God is my protector. God is my shade from the sun.

Everyone. Who does God help and protect? God is for us all, He does not discriminate, we are all equal in his eyes.

Right hand. God is at my right hand as he watches over me. He is above me, beside me, His Holy Spirit is in me!
