Thrive
Thrive is our ministry for 5th and 6th grade students. Our purpose is to introduce 5th & 6th grade students to Jesus Christ, to develop believers into His fully devoted followers, and to provide a program that bridges the gap between children and student ministries.
We meet from September - May on Tuesday nights in the Activity Center with hang out from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. This is a time where the students check-in at our check-in table and can play organized games with our hang out staff.
From 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. is our program time. We open with worship, play some games, have a talk on a relevant topic pointing our kids to Jesus. We then break into small groups where students have the same small group leader every week and have an opportunity share and pray together. We end our night with a game, pictures from last week and closing prayer.
We consider it an honor to invest in the lives of 5th and 6th grade students!
