Life Groups is our discipleship ministry for Jr. High.  Life Groups meets on Sunday evenings from 6:00 to 8:15 p.m. in various homes in the community.

Life Group meetings consist of eating dinner together, experiencing different forms of worship, a teaching on spiritual growth, and small group time.  Small groups reflect on the lesson, challenge each other to grow, and pray for specific needs in the group.

There are also other opportunities for growth and fellowship within the Life Group context.  Groups meet every other month all together for collective worship and sharing time.  Life Groups also have set service project days which vary from Compton clean up days, to writing cards of encouragement, to visiting a nursing home.  Finally, groups get to celebrate fun events together, such as Christmas and the Superbowl, and enjoy designated hang-out nights during the year.

Our goal in Life Groups is to mentor and disciple Jr. High students, and challenge them toward a deeper faith in Jesus Christ.  If you are ready to grow in your walk with Jesus, and desire fellowship with a caring adult and your peers, then Life Groups is the place you want to be!
