Women's Kickboxing Class on Monday and Wednesday mornings starting June 17th at 9:00am in the brick building room 111. The Instructor is Brenda Carruth and she will be charging $3 a session or $5 a week for both sessions.
Live Zumba Class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9am in the gym, and Monday nights at 5:30 in the gym.
Abundant Life: A 10 week women’s study on mind, body and spirit wellness –starts Jan. 23rd. Focused on healthy eating, living, cooking, thinking and learning what the Bible teaches on these topics. The group is designed to educate and empower each woman to live a healthier, holistic lifestyle. Women of all ages welcome on Wednesday evenings. Made to Crave: satisfying your deepest desire with God, not food: Women’s book Bible study offered Sunday evenings – starts Jan. 27th. Has food become more about frustration than fulfillment? This study will help you link your desire to be healthy along with the spiritual and nutritional empowerment necessary to make that happen. A study to help you find the “want to” in how to make healthy lifestyle changes. Adult women of all ages welcome. Cost: $11 for book. If interested please email me at email@example.com
Pump and Praise: A One-hour full body work-out for women, to upbeat Christian music. Tuesday nights this summer starting June 4th in the Activity Center at 5pm. Please bring a mat or towel and dumbbells if you have them, but they are not required. We will be doing different variations of work-outs each session. Examples of exercises are squats, lunges, pushups and abdominal exercises. It will be high energy and fun! Healthy Cooking Classes: Twice a month (Monday evenings) starting in February a 1 ½-2 hour healthy cooking and meal-planning class will be offered. Open to men and women of all ages. Learn how to efficiently prepare, shop and make a variety of healthy meals in your own home. If interested please email me at email@example.com
Monday Night Basketball from 6:45-9pm each week.
Childcare will be provided as long as you give us a heads up with how many kids you will be bringing and their ages, so we can prepare ahead of time. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org specifically about this. We will gladly accept a $1 donation for your child to help pay for the cost.
