Dirt Camp
Calling everyone headed into 6th-8th grade! It's time for the infamous Dirt Camp, where we spend 4 days in the mountains (aka the dirt). We'll be hanging out with friends, playing fun games, learning about our Creator, and conquering team initiatives.

Important Dates
Luggage Drop Off: (PACKING LIST)
All luggage must be dropped off prior to Sunday, July 21st. Please drop-off in the Activity Center hallway. Below is when we're able to receive luggage.
- Thursday, July 18, 6-8pm
- Saturday, July 20, 3-6pm
Monday, July 22: Leaving
- Meet at church in the Activity Center parking Lot at 11am
- Bring money for lunch on the way up
Thursday, July 25: Returning
- We will leave camp around 11:00am
- Bring money for lunch on the way home
- An ETA will be texted out (approximately 1-3pm)
Financial Information:
The total cost of camp is $225, the early bird price of $200 ends on May 1st.
Camp Payment Information

You can drop off the full payment or a $50 deposit at the front desk of the Brick Building during open hours.

Click the link above! Then you simply click send, enter the price of camp and type in Dirt Camp 2024 in the box that says, "What's this for?" Click Next and then Send! And you're good to go!
3. Credit Card/Tap to Pay
If you'd like to pay using a credit card or tap to pay option, you can find Bailey any Sunday morning between church services!
Medical Health Forms
We need an up-to-date medical release form for every student. The form is linked here. Please turn in the completed health form with your payment, at luggage drop off, or by emailing it to Bailey at bailey.talsma@erc.la.
Medication Form
If your child takes any medication please fill out the Medication Form linked here. Please bring the printed and completed form with all medication in a ziplock bag labeled with the student's name on July 22.
Remind

Dress Code
- Guys: swim trunks
- Girls: 1- piece swimsuit or tankini with a full coverage top and bottom. You may wear a dark-colored t-shirt/rash guard over a 2-piece swimsuit.
