  • location is in North Long Beach near Orange Ave. and Artesia
  • current rent is $900/month although the landlord said he will raise it, still to under market value price
  • landlord lives in Dallas, TX and is elderly
  • he prefers to have a Christian couple live here
  • the house is very old (1920s) and needs some work done it, but it is certainly more than liveable and he may be fixing some things prior to anyone else moving in, based on a list of things we will be giving him
  • mostly home owners are on the street so even though it's not the greatest neighborhood, it the neighbors generally care about their homes and are friendly
